The next chapter

Many adults come to Greywood after years of therapy, self-reflection, and working hard to create change. They are parents, partners, professionals, and caregivers — the people others rely on. They have gained insight, learned coping strategies, and developed a deeper understanding of themselves, yet anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or emotional overwhelm continue to shape how they experience their lives.

You may have been in therapy before. You may understand where your struggles come from. You may even know the tools that are supposed to help. But insight alone does not always create lasting change.

Greywood's Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide personalized, evidence-based treatment that goes beyond managing symptoms — a structured environment where adults can step away from survival mode and begin building emotional flexibility, greater self-awareness, and the foundation for lasting change.

What clients say about Greywood

White opening quotation marks symbol centered on an orange circle.

I had spent years in therapy understanding my struggles, but I still felt like I was repeating the same patterns. Greywood helped me bridge the gap between knowing myself and actually changing how I respond, relate, and move through life.

For the first time, I wasn't just learning coping skills—I finally understood why I reacted the way I did, and I felt like I could actually change it.

Experiential programming

Change happens through experience, so adults practice new ways of responding in the room — not only talk about them. This programming is designed to strengthen self-awareness, emotional expression, and connection.

A different kind of treatment environment

Intensive treatment doesn't have to feel clinical or institutional.

Greywood was intentionally designed as an intimate, welcoming space where adults can feel comfortable doing meaningful emotional work. Our private loft setting creates an environment that feels calm, personal, and human, allowing clients to focus on growth, connection, and change in a space unlike traditional treatment settings.

The scale is deliberate. Groups are kept small — typically 6 to 9 clients — and we maintain higher staff-to-client ratios than comparable programs. That is what makes individualized treatment possible rather than aspirational.

At Greywood, clients receive care that is deeply personal and tailored to their experiences, challenges, and goals. They are supported by a team that understands their journey and surrounded by a community that values connection, reflection, and growth.

Program Options

Greywood offers two levels of care to meet you where you are. As you progress, you can move between them without starting over with a new team.

PHP

Partial Hospitalization Program

Our most intensive level of care. PHP is for adults who need significant structure and daily clinical contact — including those stepping down from inpatient or residential treatment, and those for whom weekly therapy and IOP have not been enough. Most PHP clients arrange time away from work during treatment.

Monday - Friday
9:00 am - 3:00 pm
IOP

Intensive Outpatient Program

Focused therapeutic support for adults who want meaningful treatment while continuing to manage work, school, and family responsibilities. Evening IOP is built for people who can't step away during the day.

Morning
Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 12:00pm
Evening
Mon - Fri, 5:00pm - 8:00pm

How long treatment lasts

Most adults are with us for 6 to 12 weeks. Your treatment plan is individualized based on your needs, goals, and progress — and it is not open-ended.

When treatment ends

With your permission and when clinically appropriate, Greywood collaborates with your outpatient therapist, psychiatrist, and other providers throughout treatment — and as you prepare to leave, we work closely with them to support a thoughtful transition and continuity of care.
